The Commission portal is designed to make approved institutional, procurement and public information easier to access while keeping official tender opportunities and documents clearly organized.
Tender / Contract Procedures & Requirements
Key procurement information and participation requirements.
Participation requirements and rules of origin will be published with each applicable tender.
Any local-agent or registration requirements must be verified and published in the approved tender dossier before production launch.
Where applicable, the tender dossier will specify guarantee requirements, signing arrangements and implementation periods.
Any approved payment schedule, tax obligation or financial condition must be displayed exactly as authorized in the final tender documentation.
