Participation requirements and rules of origin will be published with each applicable tender.
Any local-agent or registration requirements must be verified and published in the approved tender dossier before production launch.
Where applicable, the tender dossier will specify guarantee requirements, signing arrangements and implementation periods.
Any approved payment schedule, tax obligation or financial condition must be displayed exactly as authorized in the final tender documentation.
